When you send an enquiry we collect your name, contact details, preferred hospital and any message you choose to include. Health information is special category data and is handled with extra care.
To respond to your enquiry, arrange appointments and communicate with the hospital where you are seen. We do not sell your information.
We rely on your consent when you send an enquiry, and on the provision of health care when you become a patient. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting the practice.
Enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after 12 months. Medical records are kept in line with the hospital’s and the NHS records management retention schedules. [Retention periods to be confirmed by the practice.]
